He has a proven track record of success in the investment industry, with expertise in managing and scaling multi-billion dollar investment portfolios. At ATBIM, Steve is responsible for overseeing investment decisions and delivering strong outcomes for ATBIM's multi-asset investment strategies.

Prior to joining ATBIM, Steve served as Director and Portfolio Manager at BMO Global Asset Management, where he managed over $40 billion in assets across 100 mandates. A key contributor to the firm's investment strategy, Steve played a key role in shaping macroeconomic investment views and consistently delivered strong results.

Steve specializes in developing customized portfolio solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. He combines in-depth investment analysis with rigorous risk modeling to achieve superior client outcomes.

Steve holds an Honors Bachelor of Administration (HBA) from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. He is a CFA and CAIA Charterholder and has earned additional credentials, including the Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), and Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designations.
