Distributions date

ATB Investment Management Inc. will be processing year-end distributions to unitholders of the ATB Funds on Wednesday, December 31, 2025. The distributions will be posted to unitholder accounts on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Record Date: Tuesday, December 30, 2025*

Payment Date: Friday, January 2, 2026

*All existing unitholders, including those who placed a trade purchasing an ATB Fund on this date, will be entitled to receive the distribution.

What this means

The record date will be December 30, 2025. As such, an investor purchasing a fund qualifies as a unitholder of record on the trade date, therefore an investor who purchases units of an ATB Fund on December 30 is eligible to receive the distribution.

Investors who buy:

  • On or before December 30, 2025 will receive the distribution made end of day on December 31, 2025. The distribution will be posted to their account on January 2, 2026.
  • On or after December 31, 2025 are not eligible for the 2025 distributions.

Please be aware that while distributions are made to unitholders on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, these transactions are processed overnight and may not be visible in their dealer accounts until the next business day Friday, January 2, 2026. Unitholders with online access to their accounts will see (lower) post-distribution NAV applied to their existing units, prior to receipt of the distribution units, leading to an artificially lower than expected market value. Once unit transactions are processed by the dealer, the true market value is accurately reflected.

Tax factor breakdowns

Tax factor breakdowns for the 2025 distributions are anticipated to be made available in early March 2026, and will be posted to our Investor Information page.

The most recent actual distributions can be found at https://atbim.atb.com/funds. The payment of distributions should not be confused with a fund’s performance, rate of return or yield. Past distributions and distribution estimates are not indicative of future distributions or performance. The payment of distributions is not guaranteed and may fluctuate. If distributions paid by the fund are greater than the performance of the fund, your original investment will shrink. Distributions paid as a result of capital gains realized by a fund, and income and dividends earned by a fund are taxable in your hands the year they are paid. Your adjusted cost base will be reduced by the amount of any returns of capital. If your adjusted cost base goes below zero, you will have to pay capital gains tax on the amount below zero.
