Jeremy is the lead portfolio manager for the Institutional Portfolio Management team at ATB Investment Management (ATBIM), which he joined in 2017. He is responsible for understanding and advising on our institutional clients’ portfolio requirements. This includes providing policy advice, education, and financial policy compliance, as well as taking on fiduciary responsibility for the management of the portfolio. 

Registered as a portfolio manager with the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC), Jeremy works with a select group of ATBIM’s largest institutional clients, most of which are non-profit organizations.  He is a voting member of the ATBIM Investment Committee responsible for governance and oversight of the $25 billion invested in the Compass Mutual Fund Portfolio series and the ATBIS Pooled funds. 

Jeremy moved to Calgary in 2010 to start his career in the midstream oil and gas sector. Prior to this, he played volleyball professionally across Europe. 

Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and a Certified Financial Planner. 

Along with his wife, Terri, and their two daughters, Jeremy enjoys being active in his community in a variety of ways, and has a passion for outdoor activities.
