Alex Richards is an associate portfolio manager at ATB Investment Management (ATBIM), which he joined in September 2019. He is a member of the portfolio management team that manages the Compass and ATBIS funds, and is responsible for trading fixed income for advisors (operating bond desk activities), working with the Portfolio Investment Counsel and Institutional Portfolio Management teams on fixed income strategies and subsequent execution. 

Alex earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
