Valerie is Managing Director, Investment Management Governance and Sr. Regulatory Counsel at ATB Investment Management (ATBIM). She joined in April 2026 and advises on legal and regulatory matters relating to asset and wealth management.

Valerie brings over 20 years of experience advising Canadian financial institutions and investment managers. Her practice has focused on supporting investment management businesses on fund governance, product structuring, regulatory compliance and strategic business initiatives within the Canadian asset management industry.

Outside of work, Valerie stays active with ballet classes, and enjoys travelling, taking in live music and spending time outdoors.
